The current public debate in Israel deals with the influence of political NGOs on Israel's policies. Thos NGOs usually funded by foreign governments money, mostly European tax payer's money. One of the suggestions led by certain politicians is to resolve the issue with legislation. However, in this opinion piece I argue that the solution lies in the fact that European taxpayers' money transferred to improper causes. In light of the gust appeared in Europe, the efficient way to deal with the problem of foreign government funding to such NGOs is an ongoing and constructive dialogue with the donor nations.
